Background Design and Layouts
The following are background designs for an original story titled, “Hazel’s Cafe”. Located in a New York esque neighborhood, a young man runs a small cafe that looks to specialize in baking sponge cakes.
Cafe interior design
The following is a set design for a small cafe that makes a world renowned sponge cake. Originally it was a flower shop, but the cafe owner decided to keep most of the plants in the new design. It is a really small establishment, so customers normally order through the front window “to go”. Customers only enter the store to have a closer look at the cakes or to use the restroom. This piece is for a personal comic project that is slated to release in September 2020.
